Peg Perego High Chair
Designed in Italy and considered one of the top brands for baby gear the Peg Perego high chair stands in a class
of its own. Peg Perego, known for its car seats and strollers ventured into the high chair market as it looked like
a good fit.
Peg Perego, was founded in 1949 by Giuseppe Perego. Back then Peg set precedents in the carriage and stroller
market by using a rubberized fabric material instead of the common and much cheaper sheet metal and wicker.
The Peg Perego high chair has come along way. Peg Perego always seems to be ahead of the times in style and
functionality. There high chairs are also built very solid and for multi children families’, not having to pay for
a high chair for your next child is a great bonus.
Every Peg Perego High chair comes with some standard features like a removable dishwasher safe tray cover, five
point harness, height adjustments, and one handed recline.
A great feature that parents love is the audible clicks that let them know that any adjustment you make to the
height of the high chair is securely locked into position.
There are three main lines for the Peg Perego high chair: The Prima Pappa, the Prima Pappa Diner and the new
Tatamia high chair.
The Prima Pappa or Prima Pappa Best is a wonderfully designed chair that will look great in any
kitchen. It has oversized dual trays, a storage pocket on the back of the high chair and an adjustable foot rest
that has three positions to allow the chair to grow with baby. It comes 99% assembled out of the box.
The Prima Pappa Dinner is al larger version of the Prima Pappa. It has a four position recline
which will even allow baby to nap. This chair is great on hard wood floors with its non scratching rubber wheels.
The high chair folds easily especially it being a larger model. The Diner model is equipped with a very soft and
breathable Comfort Dry micro fiber fabric
The Tatamia is a convertible 3 in 1 high chair. It converts from a recliner to a swing to a
high chair. Built with the same quality standards of a Peg Peerego high Chair the Tatamia gives parent the
convenience of having one quality piece of baby gear to replace three. The Tatamia has nine height positions to
suite the three modes of the chair. It has a small footprint which is great for living spaces that do not have a
lot of room. The Tatamia has a weight capacity of fifty pounds, and can be used from birth in the recliner and wing
mode at about six months for the high chair mode.
